The Democratic Party has convened its National Assembly this Saturday at 10:00 AM, in which several issues that affect the future of this party for the next 3 years will be decided.
The Assembly will decide on the changes to the statute that were approved by the Presidency 3 days ago and will elect the new National Council, paving the way for other changes in the party's leadership.
The 1,100 delegates of the Democratic Party's National Assembly, who will participate today, will determine the 200 new members of the elected National Council.
In addition to the 200 members of the National Council who are elected by vote by the Assembly, they will be joined by other members who are MPs, former DP officials, as well as municipal leaders, DP representatives, and members of the presidency.
Meanwhile, the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, took the floor in the National Assembly.
