DP leader Sali Berisha held a meeting with Democratic MPs, where he gave instructions on the party's internal organization and the following processes.
The focus of the discussion was the progress of the elections in the local branches, which according to him are taking place without problems. He emphasized the need to increase new memberships, considering this as a key process for strengthening the party.
Berisha asked the MPs to be directly involved in this process and to actively contribute to expanding the DP's base. He also mentioned a meeting held earlier with political leaders, where the same issue was discussed.
"I have two requests for you MPs: elections are taking place in all branches of the country, they have proceeded normally, but the most important task today is new memberships. I also held a meeting with political leaders yesterday. Each of you is invited to contribute seriously to new memberships. This process is vital for the DP.
"Don't forget that we have a major problem, ethical cleansing due to Edi Rama's policies, so I want you to advance them, to contribute with all your abilities for new memberships," said Berisha.
