Bertil Alliaj, suspected of being the perpetrator of the murder of his uncle's son, Dalan Alliaj, was arrested in the early hours of Sunday morning.
After the crime, Bertil Alliaj fled the scene, but was captured after 5 hours.
Initial reports indicate that Bertil Alliaj was arrested in the mountainous area of Gjorm, where he had been hiding after the incident, following a quick police operation.
Dalan Alliaj, 36, was killed on Saturday evening by his cousin. The serious incident is reported to have occurred at around 20:25, while family members found the 36-year-old's lifeless body. He was taken to the hospital, but showed no signs of life.
Author Bertil Alliaj was previously convicted in absentia for the Çole massacre in 2015, where 3 young men were killed in a casino.
Dalan Alliaj, turns out to be the administrator of the Allidagu company in Fier, with activities in the field of food production, processing and distribution, animal breeding on large agro-livestock farms, live animal trade, and vehicle service and trade. (updating)
