Murder of Gilmando Dani, Kikia: Gangs have their own infiltrators in the police,

Analyst Mentor Kikia commented on the attack that occurred around 2:20 p.m. on Tuesday at the Rinas roundabout, where 47-year-old Gilmando Dani lost his life and Mustafa Sheqeri was seriously injured.

On the show 'Quo Vadis', Kikia described this event as evidence of the return of strong clashes between criminal groups. He emphasized that the perpetrators acted with careful planning and had accurate information about the target's movements, while warning that such events significantly increase public insecurity.

According to the analyst, the presence of gang associates within police structures makes it difficult to detect the perpetrators and punish them.

"There were endless bullets that flew in an uncontrolled direction, that went through the windows of businesses. So, there could have been innocent victims, as has happened in many attacks. The perpetrators had information about the arrival of the plane, the flight route. It was planned so that it would not fail.

The perpetrators of these crimes are not discovered by the police, due to the incrimination of the police within the police themselves. Because in many gangs there are collaborators within the police. Those involved in the investigation of the incident may know the perpetrator, but they cannot bring him to justice because they need evidence. Rival groups know it, and they think about revenge crime.

"What is related to security has to do with the panic that is created in such events. And these people do not take any cost, but carry out the action. There were no strong clashes between these groups. This brings one of the active criminal groups back to the scene," said Kikia.
