Elvis Dedaj and his mother were murdered/ SPAK closes investigations into Festim

SPAK has closed the investigations into the highly sought-after justice Talo Çela and Festim Qolin.

Special Prosecutors have charged Festim Qoli with the murder of Elvis Dedaj and his mother, Fatmira Dedaj, an event that occurred 12 years ago.

A new charge has also been filed against Talo Çela. The well-known criminal figure is suspected of the execution of Fatmira Dedaj.

The murder of Elvis Dedaj and his mother

The repentant justice official, Nuredin Dumani, has confessed who is behind the murder of Elvis Dedaj and his mother, Fatmira Dedaj, who was killed because she sought justice for her son.

Elvis Dedaj, from Kavaja, was executed on the afternoon of June 5, 2012. He was assassinated at a place called Shkëmbi i Kavajës and a multitude of bullets were fired at him. A year later, Elvis' mother, Fatmira, was brutally murdered.

The incident remained unsolved until Nuredin Dumani confessed, who revealed that the crime was ordered by Festim Qoli, while Fatmira's murder was carried out by Talo Çela.

Nuredin Dumani's testimony:  Festimi (I'm talking about Festim Qolin) told me that Fatmira, Elvis' mother, had been treating me badly and that he needed someone to get rid of her because she was going to the prosecutor's office every day. I spoke to Talo Çela and approached him as a possibility after Festimi told me that 40 thousand euros would be offered for her murder. Talo accepted the offer. I told him the location, name, and movements of Fatmira Deda.

I followed her with Talon by car for a few days, I don't remember the cars. She went to the Durrës cemetery every day in the morning. The idea was to kill her at the cemetery. We also included Dorjan Shkoza in her pursuit, who had a "Suzuki" or "Toyota" car with a stolen red trunk. Dorjan followed her and gave us information about where she was and where she went.

Talo wanted to do it at the cemetery because according to him it would make it easier to leave for the hospital, but I refused. After we spoke with Festim, he told me to do it at the garage, because it had to look like a robbery and not a murder, because we would have Agron there who would help us by phone with her movements.

For every move Fatmira made, I spoke to Festimi's brother, Petrit, whom I informed about every move, but not about the plan.

Petriti is in business. He has built mansions, and as far as I know he also owns 2/3 fishing boats. As far as I know he also has an Erdogan pizzeria next to the former Apollonia that collapsed after the earthquake.

Petrit is somewhere between 50-55 years old today, he is 1.80 m tall, fat and always has a beard. He is married but has no children. It was finally decided to eliminate Fatmira in the garage of the building where she lived. The celebration was meanwhile abroad.

He told me he was in Italy, but I later learned from our conversation that he had been in Greece... His departure from Albania was planned. We had previously discussed that before the murder was committed he should have been out of the country.

This was so that the police wouldn't have any suspicions about him. I told Petrit to leave Albania because we were finishing up the job. I know he left for Greece, but I don't know if it's true. As far as I remember, I told Petrit 10 days before the murder. As far as I know, I left.

Festimi's brother Petriti gave us 2 old "Nokia" phones. One for me and one for Agron. Agron is the son of Festimi's and Petriti's uncle. Agron is known to be involved in construction and is around 50 years old. Currently, I don't know where Agron works.

Agron lived in the same building as the victim... We waited for her return for about an hour and when we saw her come, I drove after her to the garage, we entered the garage at the same time.

She got out of the car after parking and was leaving for her work. I was walking around the parking lot and Talo got out of the car and was waiting for the moment. I saw Talo kicking her, while she didn't react.

Talo had a gun with him but didn't use it. He then used the knife to eliminate her. She was unconscious from his punches and kicks, he pointed the knife at her and I think he hit her in the neck. I couldn't look at her...
