Ten days after this communication between the two parties, where Shkëlqim Duka writes 'let's meet on Saturday at 11 am, because I'm at work until late', businessman Reçi is murdered.
In the dossier available to TCH, the prosecution says that businessman Eduart Reçi was killed for financial gain after disagreements with border guards, the Duka brothers. This is the official conclusion of the Tirana prosecution that closed the investigation against the two brothers Shkëlqim and Florjan Duka, who will face court on charges of premeditated murder and illegal possession of weapons.
The prosecution says that the businessman had built two mansions in Tirana over the years and had rented out some units. However, the investigation shows that among the people with whom the victim had conflicts over ownership were two brothers, one of whom was a police officer.
The clashes had started because the brothers were owners of a bar that was bordering the victim's property and that, according to the investigation, had also occupied part of the businessman's land. The prosecution says that Reçi had asked them to vacate the property voluntarily. In this climate, the investigation group states that Shkëlqim Duka, in collaboration with his brother, is in the role of the executor.
To carry out the murder, the Duke made the decision calmly and, including his brother, prepared the plan.
The perpetrator is suspected of repeatedly shooting at the shooting range, and as evidence, the prosecution cites not only several videos of him practicing, but also conversations on Facebook about binoculars, stating 'I am interested in a product with a magnification range of 39 times 40'. The prosecution says that the brothers chose the place from which they shot, using fireworks as bait that one of them threw into the courtyard of the bar so that the target would come out and the other would shoot it. /Top Channel/
