An unprecedented event occurred today in the preliminary hearing at the Criminal Court of Kosovo with defendant Petrit Çakraj and brothers Aleksandër, Kristi and Fatjon Bushgjokaj, accused of the murder of 23-year-old Renis Dobra.
The defendants raped Petrit Çakraj after he began testifying about the incident.
It is learned that Kristi Bushgjokaj stood up inside the glass cage, telling the bloodsucker: "With permission, judge."
He immediately turned to Petrit Çakraj, attacking him with his fists, followed by the other two brothers, Fation and Aleksandër Bushgjoka. The three brothers attacked him simultaneously until he was neutralized by the prison police services.
It is learned that during the process, Çakraj implicated the Bushgjoka brothers in the murder of Renis Dobra, while not accepting responsibility for himself, a situation that aggravated the conflict.
Meanwhile, court and prison security forces have intervened.

After this incident, all sessions were interrupted and State Police officers were called in for support.
However, their intervention was not necessary, as the situation was brought under control inside the courtroom.
The defendants in the trial, specifically Fation Bushgjokaj, Aleksandër Bushgjokaj, Kristi Bushgjokaj and Petrit Hoxha, are accused of the murder of Renis Dobra, a serious incident that has passed under the jurisdiction of SPAK where the defendants clashed in the cage.
The judge of the case and the SPAK prosecutor were present at the trial.
