An Albanian, declared internationally wanted by SPAK, has been arrested in Spain, Spanish media report.
He is wanted for drug trafficking and organized criminal group.
The Albanian, whose name is not disclosed, was arrested by the National Police in Vigo.
The man, who had fled Albania to avoid a possible sentence of up to 30 years in prison, was arrested after presenting a false identification document.
The operation was carried out by officers from the GOPD (Special Operations Group) of the Vigo Police Station, who apprehended him when he was identified as a Croatian citizen.
After verifying his information, officers confirmed that he was listed on an Interpol Red Notice issued in May by the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime in Albania.
