Two people have been arrested after a violent fight in front of the high school in Shkodra, while 5 minors have been placed under investigation.
Police explain that the arrested are Klevin Thepi and Doronesto Kulla. As a result of the fight, 2 17-year-old minors were injured.
"The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Shkodra Police Commissariat arrested citizens Klevin Thepi, Doronesto Kulla, and initiated criminal proceedings against five minor citizens (4 of them 17 years old and one 16 year old).
These citizens, on the street, in the "Kongresi i Përmetit" neighborhood, for weak motives, physically clashed with each other and as a result, two 17-year-old minor citizens suffered minor injuries.
In cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, work continues on the complete legal documentation of the case.
Specialists from the Narcotics Investigation Section referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated against the 17-year-old minor citizen, after during a physical search, the Police found a quantity of suspected cannabis, which was seized as material evidence," the police announced.
