The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, speaking about the work of the Special Prosecution Office, said that procedures have been respected in all cases.
Dumani, in an interview for the show 'Trialog', said that whether in cases of house searches or phone seizures, procedures have been respected regarding the means of searching for evidence. The head of SPAK even said that in all cases, with the exception of one decision of the Constitutional Court, the courts have legitimized SPAK's actions.
"Special Prosecutors try to respect the procedures regarding the means of seeking evidence, such as the search of the apartment or the personal one, and through the search the aim is to seize items that are considered material evidence. We have not had any decision that would prove the illegality of our actions," said Dumani.
