"I found 17 kg of cannabis, 3 thousand euros per kilo"/ Conversations

Conversations between police officer Edison Pema, who was arrested by the Elbasan Prosecutor's Office on suspicion of extortion, and a citizen from Kosovo whom he blackmailed in exchange for sums of money he claimed to have lent him, have been revealed.

The strongest evidence against him is the wiretapped conversations with the prosecutor's permission between Edison Pema and the informant from Kosovo, as well as several seized vehicles, which the debtor pawned until he paid the interest.

But from the conversations, it is noticeable that these two people have also discussed drug trafficking, where the Kosovar citizen with the initials BS, who in the wiretaps was identified simply as B, asked Edison Pema, with the initials E, to provide him with 17 kg of cannabis, which he had ordered from another Kosovar to be sent to Kukës.

In the conversation, details are also given about the sale price, where from the analysis of the content of the conversation, in addition to the payment of 2000 (two thousand) euros by citizen BS to citizen EP, suspicions arise that the latter may provide a quantity of 17 (seventeen) kilograms of the narcotic substance cannabis-sativa with the aim of trading it at a value of 3000 (three thousand) euros per kilogram.

This action was not carried out because on 04.07.2025, citizen EP communicated with citizen BS and told him that he had received an SMS on his phone telling him not to deal with the Kosovar.

Excerpts from the conversation:

BS with the symbol "B".

Edison Tree with the symbol "E".

B- You do me an honor, brother. Let me tell you a little bit about myself, because I have a very good job, my dear.

E- He

B- I have one for the seventy pieces you said about (not clearly understood) for the grass.

E- Yes

B- I sold it to a Kosovar for three thousand euros

E- Yes

B- Chile.

E- Yes

B- They gave me a monster that I can't leave for Kosovo.

E- Where should I give the monster now?

B- Yes, brother, are you taking ours today or tomorrow?

E- Oh, the introduction is not in vain, it doesn't happen, but I'll say I'll go meet that boy because I'm going away tonight, I'll go to Himar, so I'm going to waste now, Buro, I'd better say I don't have the chance

B- Yes, Edi, you should do this because it's a good profit, man.

E- I'm telling you, go meet that boy and talk to him yourself because I've taken the monster two or three times.

B- Yes, okay.

E- Well now I don't have to, as they say, give me a monster too

B- Yes, I'll pay you, brother.

E- Yes, there is no problem with the payment, my husband, I better tell him, brother, give me five grams and ask him what it is because he wants to drink it, do you know the other part?

B- Yes yes

E- Yes, yes, this is the part that is being discussed, this is what they say, I have Shkodër with that. Now we have it.

B- One hundred and eight hundred thousand dollars

E- Yes, I have the monster and I said, brother, how can I get the monster back? He said that he has it in Shkodra, so and so, it is the same as the monster that I gave him that you have in Switzerland. Okay, I told you that it is the same, but you can do better.

B- Yes. If you're feeling better, brother, you should bring it to me because I told you I'm thirty pounds now.

E- He makes the watches.

B- I said I'll take them out, I mean for you, I said I'll take them myself until I get to Kuks, I said things in Kuks, I won lek. I said I'll sell them for three euros.

E- Yes Okay

B- This conversation should be ended with the head knowing that

E- You're welcome, brother.

B- It's done. When I say I don't even want to do it. (Starts counting the amount of 2000 euros)
I'll take one hundred, I'll take two hundred, I'll take three hundred, I'll take four hundred, I'll take five hundred, I'll take six hundred, I'll take seven hundred, I'll take eight hundred, I'll take nine hundred, two thousand. I'm left without a cent. I'm done.

E- He

B- I'm leaving for Kosovo. I'm telling my master that he saw a monster there. I'll tell him again, a monster. But this work should be done in five or six days because we have the money (deal) with the whole

E- Yes, monster, I can't take them back, monster. I'm speaking Albanian.

B- Yes, I know you, brother. Bjerma said that you should go to Kuks and talk to me. I raised the poor in Kuks, you do it. I don't know who he is and where he is, I want to work with you, I'll catch up with him. It's a great value and it makes me feel better to be a man.

E- Okay

B- What do I get with the hundredths of thousands that I receive?

E- But with so many men I don't go out and talk. What so much what I say that's it. So much I say that's it, I go and take./ BW
