Kleviol Ahmeti, known by his stage name Cllevio, has testified at the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC) in the trial against Laert Haxhiu.
During his testimony, Cllevio stated that he had an early acquaintance with Laert Haxhiu, as they both grew up in the same neighborhood in Lushnja, but denied having had contact with him in recent years.
He was also asked about his relationship with rapper Rigels Rajku, known as Noizy, as well as the TNT explosion that occurred near the latter's business.
Cllevio revealed that the clash with Noizy began through songs and public messages on social networks, and then culminated in a physical incident in Durrës.
"I have no connection with the defendants, neither family nor friendship. I know Laert Haxhiu. I live in Lushnja, Laert is no more than 150 meters from my house. We grew up together, we know each other as family. In 2007, we played football. I was in America and when I returned, I stayed in Lushnja. When I met Laert, he was unemployed. In recent years, I have not met him at all. I came from the USA in 2013 and in 2014 he went to prison. I was released from prison in 2020 and have not met him again. I served my prison sentence in 313, 302, Fier and Durrës. I have not had a phone call or any kind of contact with Laert.
I know Rigels Rajku, artistically. He is a well-known musician and I was an unknown musician. This Rigels Rajku, in order to gain fame, cursed Viktor Paloka, known as Unikkatil.
When Noizy cursed us, we were in America. After 15-20 years, I also responded with music, cursing Noizy. I am a writer, I write music lyrics. When I came out in 2020, I wanted to become famous and I started teasing him, in an artistic way it is called 'diss'. And when I made the song, I became famous and I liked it.
And one fine day I told myself enough with the disses and went to apologize to him. He was accompanied that day in Durres. When I went to the Zins bar in Currila, I parked and told my friends not to get out of the car.
When I went there, Rigels Rajku, the son of Baksimi, and 12 people came out. There they beat me, stomped on my head. I had a blood clot in my head. I went to the hospital, got treated and was arrested because I was under house arrest and ended up in prison.
I had informed him that I was going to the bar and had opened Instagram live and said that I was going to Durrës to Noizy. When I entered the bar there was a guard, I told him to call Noizy. He came in 24 seconds and came with his OTR gang. I don't know who were accompanying Noizy. When Noizy arrived I took off my glasses to respect him and at that moment he punched me and 6-8 people shot me.
Two of my friends also got involved in the fight, one of them had his teeth broken.
I had injuries to my head and ribs. I gave a statement about this event when I was in Fier Prison. My mother was in Albania, the others were in America. It was documented with film footage and they shot me. I didn't think of taking revenge on Noizy.
I heard the news about the TNT explosion at Noizy's bar from my prison mates. When I went to the sector I found out that the explosion had happened a few days later. Then a police officer in Durrës called me and told me that there was an investigation into the TNT explosion.
"I told him that I don't know who planted the TNT, because I was in prison. I thought to myself who could have done it, I thought that BABA could have done it. I haven't heard a single word that Laertes did this. I don't know Marjus Taganin at all. We disagree with Rigels," Klevio said in his testimony.
