Belgian police have cracked down on a group of Albanian hawkers who were robbing homes with guns and terrorizing citizens.
After several months of investigations, the police have been able to confirm the suspects' involvement in numerous armed robberies in apartments in Belgium (particularly in the province of Luxembourg).
Last Tuesday, December 16, 2025, police arrested 4 suspected Albanian and Kosovar citizens upon their return from an 'action' in the province of Luxembourg.
House searches, conducted immediately afterwards in Liege, led to the discovery and seizure of some of the stolen items (jewelry, money, GSM and mobile phones, etc.), two firearms, as well as complete burglary equipment (tongs, metal shears, pliers, gloves and masks).
After questioning by investigators, the judge imposed the measure of 'prison arrest' for the four suspects, while investigations are continuing to uncover other people involved.
