The scheme of the assassination attempt that took place in Rinas, where Gilmando Dani and his companions Muçi Shaljani lost their lives, has been reconstructed.
From the perpetrators' arrival in their Toyota car just seconds away from the victim, to the informants and the "betrayal" of Gilmando Dani, who had previously been able to escape two assassination attempts, everything is explained in the show's investigation.
Excerpts from the documentary:
In the assassination, the entire preparation of the final act, that of the execution of Gilmando Dani, occurs within a span of three minutes, from the exit of the car in which he travels from the airport's outdoor parking lot to the first circle outside the terminal, where the shooters are waiting for him.
"After the car in which Gilmando Dani and Muçi Shaljani were traveling, left the airport's outdoor parking lot where it had been parked for several days, at 2:15 p.m. the vehicle continued moving towards the Rinas roundabout ," the investigative file states.
It is precisely here, as seen from the footage provided by the show 'Në Shënjestër', that the moment when the white 'Mercedes Benz' vehicle in which Gilmando Dani, in the passenger seat and Muçi Shaljani, in the driving seat, are driving, falls prey to the endless barrage of bullets from three masked individuals who get out of a 'Toyota' vehicle and shoot with Kalashnikovs in the direction of their target's car.
A car that initially appears to be stationary for about 18 seconds on the side of the circle, facing the airport facade.
Where at this moment the car carrying Gilmando Dani and Muçi Shaljani has started to move towards the circle.
The perpetrators' car, as seen later, moves rapidly to the other side of the circle, without taking it all in. Now positioning itself on the path that their victims' car will take.
This is also understood from their rapid movement, which shows that the car where the target was now was only a breath away, a car which, according to the stopwatch, is only 22 seconds behind them.
As soon as the three shooters see the white 'Mercedes Benz' approaching in the range of their vehicle's mirror, they exit from the rear and front doors and begin shooting relentlessly at the target car, in which Dani and Shaljani are traveling, who at this moment make a forced movement to avoid the numerous bullets that had already penetrated not only the interior of the car but also their flesh.
The assassins initially shoot without moving from their spot. The bullets pour furiously into the passenger's arm, where Gilmando Dani, who is also the real target of the assassination, is located.
But the car's maneuver seems to momentarily disrupt the plans of the platoon of punishers, who watch as their hunting car moves out of range and stops on the other side of the circle.
A maneuver they had not anticipated, as as the three shooters return to their vehicle, a perhaps internal call puts two of them into action once again.
Perhaps still unconvinced that they have totally destroyed their objective.
One of the shooters, while breaking away from the main group, takes to the road on foot in an attempt to shoot once more at the car in which Dani and Shaljani are, but turns in the middle of the road and takes a weapon, probably a pistol, which from what can be seen was brought to him by one of the shooters of the firing squad.
The second shooter whose gun apparently falls from his hand during the exchange of weapons.
While the first assassin completes the mission, approaching and shooting at the passenger window of the 'Mercedes Benz' vehicle, where Gilmando Dani is sitting.
Action that lasts no more than 1 minute and 20 seconds.
“At 2:15 PM, a 'Toyota' vehicle with Greek license plates enters the roundabout again and stops on the other side of the road, next to the old terminal.
A few seconds later, three masked and apparently armed individuals with long weapons, such as Kalashnikovs, get out of this vehicle, who simultaneously fire at the white Mercedes Benz vehicle with license plates AB 099 UO (in which citizens Gilmando Dani and Muçi Shaljani were driving).
As can be seen further, one of the three armed men drops his long gun (Kalashnikov) to the ground and approaches the 'Mercedes Benz' vehicle.
And after taking out a short weapon (pistol) from his belt, he shoots at close range in the direction of the first door on the passenger side (where it turns out that the victim Gilmando Dani was sitting).
Immediately afterwards, the three perpetrators are seen getting into a Toyota vehicle with foreign license plates, which was being driven by another person, and leaving in the same direction as when they arrived.
"As a result of the shooting, citizen Gilmando Dani (passenger) was killed and the driver of the vehicle, citizen Muçi Shaljani, was seriously injured," the investigative file states.
According to initial reports, immediately after carrying out the assassination, the car carrying the perpetrators reportedly drove towards Fushë-Krujë, only to be found burned a few minutes later in the village of Halil in Krujë.
In a steep area, where it was difficult for police and firefighters to intervene, a vehicle where, after extinguishing the flames, three Kalashnikov firearms were found, which are believed to have been used by the perpetrators during the execution of Gilmando Dani and his friend Muçi Shaljani.
“Menjëherë pasi realizuan qëllimin kriminal të vrasjes së Gilmando Danit, tre autorët hipën në automjetin e markës ‘Toyota’ me targa greke, që drejtohej nga një tjetër person dhe u larguan duke lëvizur në drejtim të rrugës së vjetër (rruga e hurmave) që lidhet me aksin Fushë Krujë-Vorë.
Në orën 15:01, në vendin e quajtur fshati Halil, është konstatuar duke u djegur një automjet.
Po për shkak të terrenit të thyer, nuk u bë dot e mundur vajtja në vend e mjeteve zjarrfikës dhe shuarja në kohë e flakëve, çka për pasojë solli edhe djegien plotësisht të automjetit.
Gjatë kqyrjes së këtij automjeti të djegur, brenda tij, u gjetën dhe u fiksuan në cilësinë e provës materiale: 3 armë zjarri të djegura, model automatik kallashnikov; një djep luajtës i një arme pistoletë i djegur së bashku me tytën në vendin e saj ku shikohet mbishkrimi Glock 23 Austria 40; 6 copë krehër të djegur dhe të dëmtuar në dukje si ato që përdoren për armët kallashnikov; 1 krëhër pistolete i djegur dhe i dëmtuar, si dhe 2 targa me mbishkrimin XZX1059 të djegura”, thuhet në dosje.
A ishte gjithçka kaq perfekte sa thuhet?
A mundeshin t’i shpëtonin një prite të tillë kaq e detajuar sa të llogarisnin edhe krahun nga ku do lëvizte makina dhe shënjestra e tyre, pa gabuar në asnjë levizje, madje duke marrë kohën e duhur për t’i shkuar deri në fund qëllimit të tyre final, eleminimit me çdo kusht të “presë” së tyre.
Pa gabuar pavarësisht aftësisë që tregoi drejtuesi i automjetit për ta devijuar makinën në një kënd larg togës së qitësve që duket se ishin pajisur me urdhërin e qartë të vdekjes, atë që objektivi nuk duhet të dilte i gjallë nga makina.
Ashtu sikurse bënë dhe u pa edhe në pamjet filmike të siguruara nga emisioni ‘Në Shënjestër’, ku pavarësisht zhvillimit të shpejtë të dinamikës së ngjarjes, autorët morën gjithë kohën e duhur për t’u afruar edhe njëherë dhe për ta qëlluar në kokë, gjahun e tyre.
Sikurse rezultoi edhe autopsia mjeko-ligjore, ku njëri nga plumbat e kishte marrë në kokë Gilmando Danin, personazh, që kishte bërë histori në botën e krimit shqiptar dhe njihej si një nga eksponentët më të ngushtë të Emiljano Shullazit, madje deri aty sa cilësohej si krahu i tij i djathtë.
Gilmando Dani i kishte shpëtuar edhe dy atentateve të mëparshme, ne vitin 2011 dhe 2015,
por që këtë herë nuk mundi t’u shmanget plumbave të shumtë që u derdhën ndaj makinës me të cilën ai udhëtonte, bashkë me mikun e tij, efektivin e policisë, Muçi Shaljani, alias Mustafa Sheqeri, i cili ndërsa doli i gjallë nga makina, humbi jetën, katër ditë më pas, mëngjesin e datës 15 nëntor në spitalin e Traumës në Tiranë, pasi kishte marrë 8 plumba në trup dhe dy në kokë.
Muçi Shaljani, Agjent në Agjencinë e Mbikqyrjes Policore, detyra e të cilit pavarësisht se ishte të ndjekë dhe të survejojë policët që janë në shkelje të ligjit, apo që kanë kontakte të papërshtatshme me elementë kriminalë, këtë ditë të atentatit ndaj makinës me të cilën ai lëvizte, ishte në shoqërinë e një prej kontigjentëve më të rrezikshëm kriminalë në Shqipëri gjë që me siguri ai duhet ta dinte. Gilmando Dani nuk ishte një emër që i përkiste krimit ordiner, por një bande që ishte marrë me kërcënime, gjobvënie deri edhe vrasje.
Por si ranë në pritë 47- vjeçari Gilmando Dani dhe agjenti i AMP-së, 42 vjeçari, Muçi Shaljani.
Cili ishte itinerari i tyre i përbashkët, dhe kush kishte informacion mbi lëvizjet e tyre?
U tradhtuan nga brenda grupit, apo nga strukturat e inkriminuara të policisë?
Për herë të parë emisioni ‘Në Shënjestër’ do të përpiqet të hedhë dritë mbi anën e padukshme të një ngjarje, e cila duket se do të përpijë edhe shumë emra të tjerë brenda radhëve të policisë së Shtetit.
Një krim i cili ka cënuar rëndë jo vetëm rendin publik por edhe sigurinë kombëtare.
Kjo, sepse ndodhi pikërisht në një nga pikat më strategjike të vendit.
Në Aeroportin e Rinasit, që mendohet të jetë jo vetëm më i survejuari, por edhe më i mbrojturi përsa i përket elementëve të sigurisë.
Por çuditërisht në këtë ditë rrugët rreth tij ishin më të braktisurat nga efektivët e policisë.
Ndërkohë që ajo që duket edhe më absurde është fakti se siguria publike në këtë perimetër i është lënë në dorë komisariatit të vogël të Krujës, rreth 17 km larg nga aeroporti, komisariat që u njoftua i pari në lidhje me ngjarjen.
Dhe më absurde është po të mendosh që ndërsa makinat e policisë vinin nga Kruja, ato duhet të jenë shkëmbyer rrugës me atë të vrasësve, të cilët zgjodhën pikërisht zonën e Krujës për të djegur automjetin dhe armët e përdorura në krim.
“Më datë 11 Nëntor 2025, Salla Operative e Policisë Krujë, ka marrë njoftim se në vendin e quajtur rrethrrotullimi i Rinasit, persona të paindentifikuar kanë qëlluar me armë zjarri në drejtim të një automjeti me targa AB 099 UO, brenda të cilit ndodheshin të dëmtuar rëndë dy persona, konkretisht Gilmando Dani 47 vjeç dhe Muçi Shaljani, alias Mustafa Sheqeri, 42 vjeç”, thuhet në dosjen hetimore.
Edhe pse në fillim ishte e paqartë dinamika e lëvizjes së dy personazheve të rënë pre e këtij atentati, ku lajmet e para që qarkulluan ishin se Muçi Shaljani e kishte pritur jashtë aeroportit mikun e tij Gilmando Dani, që sipas informacioneve sapo kishte zbritur nga një fluturim që vinte nga Spanja, shpejt grupi hetues mundi të zbulojë lëvizjen e përbashkët të tyre.
Gilmando Dani dhe Muçi Shaljani që doli se kishin udhëtuar së bashku drejt vendit iberik, dhe më konkretisht drejt Barcelonës, dhe po së bashku ishin kthyer nga aty më datë 11 Nëntor rreth mesditës.

And after landing at 'Mother Teresa' Airport, Rinas, they boarded and traveled together in a 'Mercedes Benz' vehicle with license plates AB 099 UO, which was parked in the outdoor parking lot, within the perimeter of the Airport," the file states./ In Target
