As SPAK read the indictment for the 7 defendants in the "Metamorphosis" case a day ago, public opinion was disappointed by the small punishment measures requested by the prosecution. While very few others understood that this was only the first part of this criminal case, otherwise known as case No. 9.
After a second file, it has been separated and is awaiting trial and is directly related to the macabre murder of Gjin Boriç alias Ndoj, on August 9, 2020 in Shkodra. The prosecution representatives Arben Kraja and Bledar Maksuti requested 74 years in prison for 7 defendants, including the former head of the Kukes prosecution, Xhevahit Lita, as well as the former chief of operations at the State Police, Oltian Bistri.
In this trial, the murder of Gjin Boriç was not the subject of examination, but only the charges of "Providing the conditions to commit the murder" of Dorian Duli, Ibrahim Lici, Genc Tafili, Kleanthi Musabelliu, committed in the form of a "Structured Criminal Group". As well as in the judicial review, other charges of "Corruption", "Laundering of proceeds of criminal offenses", "Unlicensed possession of weapons" and "Releasing investigative secrets" were taken up.
But a "river" of conversations on the "Sky" app show that the murder of Gjin Boriç was more macabre and treacherous. Gjin Boriç was killed by his own friends on the orders of Behar Bajri and the man who pulled the trigger was Denis Brajovic.
While Edmond Preka and other people helped, and the strategic businessman, Pëllumb Gjoka, was also aware of it.
After the murder, Behar Bajri and Pëllumb Gjoka presented the serious event as a very serious crime that had been committed against their group, since according to Bajri, the Licët had killed the friend with whom they had stayed and eaten.
But in fact, it was all a cover-up to avoid criminal responsibility and the opinion that the Lic family had committed the murder.
Today, "Ora News" brings new messages from the "Sky" app about this murder, where Behar Bajri acts very depressed after the event and while talking to a friend of his on "Sky" tries to manipulate him.
The conversation takes place on the afternoon of August 9, 2020 and the evening of August 17, 2020, where the still unidentified person tells Behar Bajri, writing to the very man who organized and ordered the murder of Gjin Boriç:
"... how are you brother, are you okay? Gjynah Gjini, if there was light, poor man, I feel sorry for you, if someone had sold him, if someone had slept with him, brother. Inshallah, we will find out who did it. I feel sorry for poor Gjin, because we ate bread with him and he was with us.. .".
But Behar writes back: " ... I know, brother, it's a pity, they (the Lici) brought it in, because tomorrow is Bardhi's second anniversary... " (he is referring to Fatbardh Lici).
"You mean brother, they did it...? " the unidentified person replies. While Behar says: "...I don't know, I'm not sure but I'm guessing... he lived in Laç and Lezha, or the Niklagjins did it to him, because he has a lot of ties to the Nokajs ."
"...the poor guy trusted someone who came out there... " - the unidentified person tells Behar on "Sky".
"... I cried, a friend of ours was taken away. I spoke to my brother who had just left. I went to Jozi's house (Gjin Borç's brother) and I met him because he was not there, he was alone and I told him what I had not come for. Now these things are only because Lul K**va has escaped... (he is talking about Lul Kulla).
Further, on August 17, 2020, Behari tells the unidentified person on "Sky" as follows:
". ..but where they killed him and the way they killed him, we said there was nothing, no camera, nothing. And for that we said it doesn't work. But Ibrahim's father said: "...there are 6 and how will they get away...". That 7 have been killed so far, Borani with his wife, the Ferracaks, and Titi with Agja and this one, 7 have gone so far. They were like Çapaj, a shooting range. As long as you go in with them, a good person, those friends of yours have the bad hand behind them...".
Behar Bajri continues to write: "...there's an old saying, it's better to do things yourself than have someone else do them for you...".
The other person responds by writing that Gjin Boriç must have been called by someone who lives with him, stating: " ...it seems to me that they called him, because he ran away...anyone can call him. I'll find out who did it, but it's too early...to get close to them, report the result...".
Conversations on "Sky"/ How Bajri lied to his friend about the murder of Gjin Boriç: Jena did it like Çapaj, a shooting range with 7 people
The person who appears in the "Sky" conversations as unidentified continues to write to Behar on August 17, 2020, saying: "...at least even if it goes wrong, you don't regret it, but our brothers make mistakes too. Those friends of yours did it wrong, you didn't want to say anything and agree with me, you gambled. What's done is done, don't take it back, but give it to me yourself, because you need it, brother. Because you have given the evidence, captain...".
Behari writes back: ". ..captain, I don't fail, but you'll have to go...but when I do, I want to go to the mountains, captain...how can I break your arms, because I have no use for numbers, when I take a shower, I don't want to get dusty. Captain, when you put on your shoes, you'll see it on "News 24", Captain, because I haven't retired and you'll have to go soon, because this is going to be the worst year... ".
While the other person replies: ". ..I know brother, by God, you have not failed, nor will you fail, get rid of those unfaithful ones (he is talking about the Lice). Yes brother, you are exactly saying to break their wings, not to throw dust in vain, no captain, but to use tactics like the others. Break their wings one by one, because they do not let them fly, they become chickens. Oh captain, no you will never, God willing, go out there, Captain of "News 24"...". I do it and I don't know where it comes from..."
And Behar replies to "Sky": " ...not me, but who's going to cut off your tickets, because I'm not wrong. I did a couple of years of school... (he's talking about prison). I don't have a problem with them knowing... ".
The other person then tells Behar Bajri as follows: " ...you had faith in Politics because they were supporting you and protecting you, but now you have your eyes open, more than ever. But there is no more faith, those days are gone, because people only have words. As soon as they heard it, they turned their backs on you. You are the pillar there, who gives direction, the others are useless, how the word goes... ".
Behar replies: " ...I trusted many people, but I changed my mind... ".
Meanwhile, on the evening of August 17, 2020, Behar Bajri chats on "Sky" with a person who is still unidentified, where the latter says: "...how I felt sorry for Gjini...".
While Behar replies: "... what can I do, my friend has spoken too much. It doesn't hurt me at all that my opponents have gone to the funeral... ".
" No more..." the other person replies.

But no one killed him for me, my friend, they killed him because he messed up the world and I got rid of him, my friend.
