He fired a gun at a vehicle, but the 33-year-old man was badly injured.
The strange incident occurred in Theth, Shkodra on Thursday afternoon, when 33-year-old Alfred Rrupa fired a pistol at a vehicle carrying 3 people.
The latter got out of the car and assaulted the 33-year-old, who was later arrested by the police.
The shooting only caused material damage to the vehicle driven by 29-year-old NH, where the passengers were 27-year-old P. H, and 29-year-old D. Rr., 29 years old.
The three people were taken into custody for investigation, while the firearm, a pistol with live ammunition, was seized by the police.
The procedural materials have been sent to the Prosecutor's Office at the Shkodra Court of First Instance for further action.
