Police have provided details of the accident that occurred this morning on the Maqellarë-Peshkopi road, in a place called "Grevë".
According to police, four vehicles were involved in the accident, and two people were injured as a result of the collision.
The driver of one of the vehicles and the passenger of another vehicle were taken to hospital and are out of danger. It is suspected that the accident occurred as a result of the humidity on the road.
"Around 08:40, on the Maqellarë-Peshkopi road axis, it is suspected that as a result of the humidity on the road, four vehicles with drivers UL, FP, IR and HH collided.
As a result of the collision, one of the drivers, citizen HH, was injured, as well as a passenger, citizen IL. Both are receiving medical attention in hospital and are out of danger.
"The investigation team is at the scene and is carrying out investigative actions to fully clarify the circumstances of the accident ," the police announced.
