A road accident was recorded this Saturday morning in the Lungomare area of Vlora, one of the most populated segments of the city during the tourist season.
According to preliminary data, a Toyota vehicle collided with a motorcycle, injuring its driver. The motorcyclist suffered injuries to his legs and was urgently transported to the Vlora regional hospital, where he is receiving the necessary medical assistance. Doctors say that his health condition is under monitoring.
Police immediately arrived at the scene and began investigations to determine the circumstances of the accident. The driver of the vehicle was taken to the police station to give his statement, while the investigation team is working to determine responsibilities and the causes of the collision.
For several minutes, traffic in the area was difficult, but the intervention of police services made it possible to normalize traffic.
