A serious road accident was recorded this Monday evening in Tirana, resulting in the injury of 6 minor children and a woman.
The incident occurred at around 19:05 in the Vaqarr area, where according to preliminary information, a vehicle driven by citizen Xh. Shkreta collided with another vehicle driven by citizen A. Peka.
As a result of the collision, six children aged between 6 and 10, who were passengers in the vehicle driven by Shkreta, were injured. The driver of the vehicle was also injured.
Preliminary sources indicate that the minors were returning from a sports course at the time of the accident.
Immediately after the incident, ambulances transported the injured to the hospital, where they are receiving medical attention. Fortunately, according to doctors, their lives are out of danger.
The police and the investigation team arrived at the scene, which is working to clarify the circumstances and causes of the accident.
