A tragic accident occurred this morning on the outskirts of the city of Peshkopia, where a vehicle ended up in a ravine. As a result of the accident, its driver lost his life.
The incident occurred around 10:00, where the citizen with the initials BS, driving the vehicle, allegedly lost control and the vehicle went off the road, falling several meters below it.
Despite the rapid intervention to transport him to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana, due to severe injuries, the driver of the vehicle passed away.
"Around 10:00, at the exit of the city of Peshkopia, citizen BS is suspected of having lost control of the vehicle and the vehicle went off the road, falling several meters below it. As a result of the injuries sustained, the driver of the vehicle lost his life during transportation to the Tirana Trauma Hospital. The investigation group is working to clarify the circumstances of the accident," the police announced.
