The Fier Prosecutor's Office has filed two charges against a monster father who abused his minor daughter, an incident discovered a few days ago in Fier.
Zamir Meta has been charged with "Sexual or homosexual relations with minors" and "Sexual or homosexual relations with persons in the same sex or under guardianship." Described as a monster father, Meta is accused of sexually abusing his 12-year-old daughter since she was 5 years old.
The serious incident was discovered after the 12-year-old girl left home, while the monster father went to the police and filed a missing person report. In fact, she had taken refuge in the apartment of a citizen with the initials BB, who was a neighbor of Zamir Meta's family.
The minor stated that her father had started having sexual relations with her when she was 5 years old and that he was still continuing.
According to the Fier Prosecution, Zamir Meta admitted to the investigation group that he had sexual intercourse with his minor daughter only once.
" Upon receiving this report, the first investigative actions were carried out which made it possible for the minor victim to be found in the apartment of citizen BB. During the interview of the minor victim, it resulted that the reason for her leaving the apartment was her father, the person under investigation ZM, who, according to her, had started having sexual relations with her since she was 5 years old and was still continuing. The person under investigation ZM has admitted to having had sexual relations with his minor daughter only once ," the Fier Prosecution announced.
Meanwhile, the Fier Judicial District Court has accepted the requests of the Prosecution, imposing the security measure "arrest in prison" on the person under investigation, Zamir Meta.

The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier has registered criminal proceedings no. 927, dated 01.07.2025, against the person under investigation ZM, suspected of committing the criminal offenses "Sexual or homosexual relations with minors" and "Sexual or homosexual relations with persons in the same sex or under guardianship" provided for by articles 100, paragraph 2 and 106 of the Criminal Code, based on the report made at the Fier Police Station by the minor victim PM.
From the investigations so far, it results that the person under investigation, ZM, has appeared at the Patos Police Station to report the removal from the apartment of his minor daughter, PM, born in 2013. Upon receiving this report, the first investigative actions were carried out which made it possible for the minor victim to be found in the apartment of citizen BB. During the interview of the minor victim, it resulted that the reason for her removal from the apartment was her father, the person under investigation, ZM, who, according to her, had started having sexual relations with her since she was 5 years old and was still continuing. The person under investigation, ZM, has admitted to having had sexual relations with his minor daughter only once.
After registering the criminal proceedings and carrying out the first investigative actions, on 01.07.2025, the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier submitted to the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier the request for the legal validation of the arrest in flagrante delicto and the assignment of the personal security measure "Arrest in prison" to the person under investigation ZM.
The First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Fier, with decision no. 62-205-3964, has accepted the requests of the Prosecution, imposing on the person under investigation ZM the coercive personal security measure "Arrest in prison".
Clarification: Every person is presumed innocent until proven guilty by a final judicial decision.
