Oh, honorable Chairman of the KLP, those "films" as a great principle, fleeing from a "fake" meeting, are sold to the castrated deputies, not to the public...
I was very surprised today when, at the KLP meeting, one of its members did not participate in a "fake" vote to accept the documentation of 4 candidates for the head of SPAK, under the pretext that, according to him, the media wrote that three members of the SPAK commission had declared Zeqiri's son as the "winner" for the BKH.
First, this is a document where 3 SPAK BQs have signed that the son of the KLP GQ is the "winner".
Second, the law on conflict of interest requires that the CEO of the KLP resign from the KLP altogether, because the KLP is in conflict of interest with the entire prosecution body in Albania, including the SPAK with all its CBs, because the KLP is the superior body and the appointing body of every prosecutor in the Republic of Albania.
But the GQ does not consider it such a case and is content to make a show by leaving this meeting, which, in essence, was not decision-making.
But this phenomenon is not the first. If you investigate even a little, you will see that many family members of KLP members or former KLP members, since the creation of this institution, such as their husbands, wives, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and cousins, have "won" for BKH or as OPGJ in the "competition" that has taken place between the candidates.
I was surprised that none of the opposition MPs asked any questions today in the Laws Committee to Ms. Bogdani, who is the chairwoman of the KLP, either about the case of the ZQ or about the SPAK BQ committee that "cheats" on appointments.
But apparently, the MPs, emasculated by the fear and troubles they have in SPAK, perhaps know SPAK over KLP.
No, you stupid MPs, no!
The KLP is the body that appoints, controls, transfers, punishes and dismisses every prosecutor in Albania, including the SPAK's CBs, if it were not composed of such GOs, but of men and women with dignity and moral and professional integrity.
Even the leader of SPAK with 8 votes is dismissed like a fig at the beginning or middle of his term, without waiting for 3 years of blabbering about imaginary "successes", as long as he has not made a single "strike" against the thieves of power for 8 months, since February 10th.
Moreover, just so you, the woolly deputies, know that the greatest person according to the Constitution in this "new" justice system is Tur Metani, the constructor who you did not stutter a single word about the whole mess of this "new" justice system, when Tur Metani was "reporting" to the committee, and it seemed to me that he had called you to report.
Therefore, the honorable Chairman of the KLP, those "films" as a great principle, escaping from a "fake" meeting, are sold to the castrated deputies, not to the public.
You should leave the KLP and pave the way for the Albanian Prosecutors' Conference to elect another member by vote as a member of the KLP, if your son, Ditmir, has been declared the "winner" and has started working as an agent of the BKH.

For short, ZQ is Mr. Zeqir Hoda and BQ are the three Beqiras of SPAK on the commission who declared ZQ's son the "winner".
Zeqir Hoda eshte juristi dhe punonjesi me i mire i administrates shqipetare, eshte nder te paktet qe ka kaluar vetingun pa asnje problem. Djali i tij Ditmiri eshte jurist i ekselences dhe ka te drejte te konkuroje ku hapet gare kudo.
Mandi eshte emri pas te cilit fshihet Zeqiri apo Ditmiri jurist i "ekselences"?! Kjo eshte dilema!!! Kush e gjen, do e qeras me nje birre ????
Mandi i nderuari Myslym Murrizi nuk flet per aftesine apo aaftesine por per shkelje te rende te ligjit qe e ndalon konfliktin e interesit. Nuk eshte vetm Zeqir Hoda i erfshire ne konflikt interesi por 98% e kokave te drejtesise se re. Nuk e keni ndigju ate skandalin e Ermonela Felajt me nje duzin familjar te vetet te emruara ne sistemin e drejtesise. Po sa ka te tjere, sa tdush, per kta e ka fjalen i nderumi Myslim qe ja lumsha per guximin. Se shqipot e tjere rin goje kyç se jan dhjaksa, trima kafenesh, quraviten per me zgjidh hallet gjyqsore me pare e miq. Respekt Myslym Murrizi.
