Political camps pretend to fight each other, but behind the scenes they feed the same system that impoverishes Albanians and leaves the country without hope...
Albania is no longer a normal republic. It has turned into a tired theater, where the actors pretend to insult each other, pretend to hate each other, pretend to fight for life or death, while behind the scenes they share power, wealth, and guarantees for each other.
On one side we have a government consumed to the point of moral decay, mired in corruption, propaganda, and primitive arrogance.
On the other hand, we have an opposition that no longer resembles one, it resembles a reserve department of the system. And in the midst of this dirty deal, we have a people who are tired, impoverished, numb and without any real hope.
Edi Rama 'plays bear' with Albanians because he has understood something essential: this country no longer has political opponents, but interest partners. He knows that in front of him there is not an opposition that seeks power to change the system, but a group of people who only seek to preserve their privileges, wealth and bargains. And when your opponent does not seek to overthrow you, but only to negotiate their share of the pie, then you rule without fear.
Sali Berisha is no longer an alternative. He is a political relic of a transition that is never ending. He is an electoral scumbag who always plays for second place. A bottom of post-communist Albania who fights with flesh and soul for his personal plight, for the security of his family, for his financial inheritance and for the survival of a clientelistic circle that has been living on the backs of this country for decades.
His wild rhetoric against Rama is simply a spectacle for the remaining militants. In reality, the system feeds precisely on this false war. Because Rama needs Berisha as much as Berisha needs Rama. One scares Albanians with the shadow of the other and both hold the country hostage.
This is why laws are passed with tacit agreements. This is why “historical reforms” end up in tavern bargains. This is why justice is used as a political weapon and not as a state standard. Albania is no longer governed by ideology or visions. It is governed by common oligarchic interests, where the opposition and the position only change the color of the scarf, but not the mechanism of robbery.
What about the people? The people are treated as idiot spectators. They are called to protests whenever they need numbers, they are bought off with jobs, with patronage, with electoral flour sacks, with empty European promises and with television propaganda. Albanians are talked about integration while the youth are leaving en masse. They are talked about development while the cities are being cleared of people. They are talked about a modern state while every institution has become a tool of the party or business.
This is Edi Rama's greatest success: he has not built a state, but rather a system; a surrendered society. He has created the belief that there is no alternative, that everyone is the same, that everything is futile. And when a people loses faith that change is possible, then power wins without the need for violence or anything else.
That's why Rama 'plays bear' with Albanians. Because he can. Because the system is built so that no one can overthrow it. Because the real opposition has long been killed by bargaining, fear and corruption. And because in this country, politics is no longer about the citizen, but only about the survival of the caste that rules over the moral ruins of today's Albania./ Pamphlet

Kam shumë shpresë se Shqipëria kështu nuk do jes. Një drejtues të lartë të nomeklaturës komuniste udhëheqja e nisi për në bazë. Shiko njëherë çfarë mendojnë, si reagojnë, a janë të kënaqur si na thonë ata shokët e partisë në rreth. Nb zbatim të udhëzimeve të udhëheqjes , u thirr populli në takim. Kryetari i koperativës fillojë të raportojë për arritjet dhe sukseset nën udhëheqjen e partisë. Për mirëqënien , kaq mish e kaq qumësht, e kaq shërbime e më the e të thashë. I deleguari nga lartë dëgjonte dhe shikonte fshatarët se si do reagonin. Pas fjalës së Kyetarit fshatarët u ngritën në këmbë dhe duartrokisnin:'Parti Enver jemi gati kurdoherë". Pas shfaqes e mori fjalën i deleguari. "Pas fjalës së kryetarit dhe entuziazmit tuaj, kam besim të plotë se mirëqënia e popullit duket që larg në horizont". Njeri nga fshatarët kur shkojë në shtëpi hapi fjalorin që të shikonte se sa larg ishte horizonti." Horizonti ju shpjegonte të nesërmen shokëve, ishte një vijë imagjinare që ndante tokën me qiellin. Kur e shikon nga afër duket sikur është atje tej. Sa më shumë ti afrohesh, aq më më shumë ai të largohet. I deleguari u tha shokëve ishte burr i zgjuar dhe do ja thotë partisë që jemi keq. Dhe se këta të bazës po e gënjejnë partinë. Partia do vër dorë. Prit e prit kaluan 20 vjet deri sa sistemi i ktheu patkojtë nga dielli. Edi Rama po e kërkon horizontin sa nga lindja në perëndim. Ik e ik , ta kap këtu, ta kap atje, Izrael,Greqi, Bruksel, Itali, Kore e deri në Japoni. Nuk kapi horizontin, por desh e kapi dorën e Kryeministres Japoneze. Se si do largohet ky mbret i pa shpallur i shqiptarëve, një dreq e merr vesh. Por që do ikin me ceremoni jam i sigurt.
