With the 'Agricultural Development 2026-2030' scheme, the Minister of Agriculture removed the free oil reimbursement from farmers and returned it to them with 20% VAT, excise duty, carbon tax and turnover. Now he is doing the same thing with fishermen; he increased the tariffs and deceived them about the price of oil, while leaving their requests for a meeting unanswered. Meanwhile, the trafficker Gjergj Luca tolerates the non-payment of tariffs and, by order of Rama, the 'Rozafa' ships are supplied with oil in state warehouses at the price of yachts...
With the "Agricultural Development 2026-2030" scheme, Minister Andis Salla removed the free diesel reimbursement from farmers and restored the purchase of diesel with 20% VAT, with excise tax, carbon and circulation tax, and other taxes that are sold at gas stations.
But in addition to farmers, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Andis Salla, has also begun to deceive fishermen regarding the reimbursement and price of oil, and has even increased fees for ships and the production and trade of seafood products.
Fishing boat owners have requested meetings with Minister Andis Salla several times regarding the high fuel costs and taxes they pay in the state, but he has ignored them and has not even responded.
Tariffs and the high price of oil are the issues that concern ship owners, who say they are losing money and on the verge of bankruptcy because they are being forced to pay expenses above their income to prevent their fishing workers from leaving.
Two days ago, fishing boat owners were waiting for a response from Minister Andis Salla to keep his promise regarding tax relief measures, oil reimbursement and its purchase without excise duty and other taxes.
But instead of providing relief, Minister Salla increased their fees and deceived them about the price of oil, leaving them at the mercy of fate in the face of rising prices and service costs for fishing vessels.
In addition to ignoring, Minister Andis Salla is applying another method to diminish the demands and protests of fishermen, by abusing some owners of fishing vessels and companies, through the lure of financial benefits and allowing tax evasion.
One of those receiving support from the minister and the government is the smuggler fisherman Gjergj Luca, to whom the Minister of Agriculture, Andis Salla, has tolerated the non-payment of fees for fishing vessels, production and processing of seafood products.
Meanwhile, by order of Prime Minister Edi Rama, the fishing boats of the "Rozafa" company are supplied with oil at state deposits in Durrës, Vlorë and Shëngjin, at the price given to yachts./ Pamphlet
