The three brothers suspected of causing the massacre in Greece that left two dead and several injured have been arrested by Crete police. They are aged 27, 29 and 19.
The three had previously contacted the authorities and informed them of their location. Police forces immediately went there and found them. They were then arrested and transferred to the police building.
According to information, the three brothers were in an area of Heraklion and the lawyer representing them contacted the police and said that her clients' intention was to surrender immediately.
According to what was reported by ERT, police officers found a hotel in Messara where one of the three wanted men was allegedly hiding. Police officers went on to arrest the hotel owners, a father and a son. A few minutes after 6:00 p.m., the three brothers surrendered.
Evidence showed that the three brothers had fled the village armed after the bloody clash in Vorizia, and for this reason the police are also looking for the weapons.
