A statement from the Albanian Investment Corporation shows that Prime Minister Edi Rama is continuing his dealings with public assets, even though citizens have been protesting massively against the theft of assets for a month now.
In the Official Gazette of June 29, 2026, the Director of the Investment Corporation, Elira Kokona, announced the postponement, to July 30, 2026, of the auction for the winner of the project and investment of the "Niko Dovana" stadium in Durrës and for those who will acquire the areas around it for towers.
The infamous director Elira Kokona, former deputy of Engjëll Agaç, has announced that the auction for the revival of the "Niko Dovana" stadium in Durrës and the development of the spaces around it, scheduled for May 12, 2026, will take place on July 30.
In her explanation, she says that the postponement was made for "technical and organizational" reasons, but the truth is that Prime Minister Edi Rama, who concocts and signs these affairs, has not agreed on the bargaining for the division of parts in the towers with the owners of the companies that participated in the auction.
According to information available to "Pamfleti", 7 construction companies participated in the auction for the tower stadium project in Durres, which were asked by the heads of government to provide more surface area in the towers than the parts they have provided so far in other towers.
They have not accepted, as their profit has decreased, since they must also give the state 40% of the construction area; while Babloku behind the scenes has ordered Elirë Kokonë to cancel and postpone the auction, using it as a "technical and organizational reason".
According to official documents, the winner of the stadium project is the Dutch company "51N4E", where Linda Rama's daughter works, and the French company "Plan Comun", which has collaborated with Edi Rama on several tower projects in Tirana.
While the cancellation of the auction was made to disrupt the bargaining with those who take the spaces around the stadium, where construction business will be conducted with these projects:
· The investment area for the Durrës stadium is 27 thousand 37 m²; while around the stadium, on 90 thousand 932 m² of public land around the stadium, a shopping and entertainment center, residential, service, business, parking towers and the "Fari" hotel on an area of 11 thousand 562 m², a luxury complex with rooms, suites, restaurants, conference rooms and relaxation areas, will be built.
This huge and profitable construction business in Durrës cannot go unnoticed by the government bosses, who have orchestrated the investment in the stadium, accompanied by residential towers, a shopping mall and hotels around it.

Ehhh çar bo parja. Elira nga dhi e egër që kulloste nëpër ‘kodra të varfëra’ me lëpirjen ndaj “mretit” ësht bo super p!dh ..
Pse nuk e di se cfare fshihet pas "Niko Dovana"??! Eshte nje " fjale kyce" e perdorur ne dosjet e Bari Shaqirit. Kreu i SHSH... E ke parasysh periudhen!!?? Pra kur perdoret fjala stadium, Shaqiri kishte ndermend te shprehte ne biseda te deshifruar: Gjurmat e fashtit SOS me llokmat e debileve kangure qe ngrohen vezet e njollave te Bukowski. Ti e njeh "Charls Bukowski " si shkrimtar ( veprat) si dhe lokalin qe frekuentohej nga llokmat e elites kurverore, ne vendin e te cilit eshte ngritur kulla Kastrati??. Krijuan fshatin SOS, dhe tani me pamje nga deti do shijojne arkitekturen peisazh te detit te mbushur me nitroglicerinen e llokmave!!!
