Exactly 36 years ago, at the end of June and the beginning of July 1990, thousands of Albanian citizens, mainly from Tirana, but also from different regions of the country, broke the railings and walls of foreign embassies and entered their enclosures, seeking political asylum and, with the aim of leaving Albania. Regarding these events, which are now known as the "Embassy Incident of July 2, 1990", from that time onwards, for almost 35 years in a row, much has been said and written, both with testimonies of the persons who entered the embassies, or former high-ranking state officials of that time, the police chief there, as well as with archival documents, mainly extracted from the Central State Archive, part of the fund of the former Central Committee of the Albanian People's Liberation Army.
But even after the publication of dozens of articles, even today not all that happened on those hot July days in Tirana has been revealed, such as who were the first citizens to enter the embassies, how the clash with the police began, who were the people who were arrested, etc. etc. Based on this, to shed some light on those events, in this article we are publishing some archival documents extracted from the Archives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs where there are secret operational communiqués (already declassified) where the leadership groups of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have noted almost everything that happened on those days with the embassies, or the riots in the political camps and prisons, which were in solidarity with the events of July 2. These documents are published for the first time and with the relevant facsimiles by Memorie.al

On 1.7.1990, behind the embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, the car “Robur”, TR 01-928, attempted to enter the embassy, coming towards the police officer on duty, with the intention of suppressing him. The police officer fired twice with a pistol, at which time the vehicle crashed into the wall where four or five people, exited the cabin and from the covered bodywork entered the embassy. Several blood stains were found on the vehicle.

Më datën 2.7.1889, u ndalua Luan Bektash Kokona, vjeç 18, i pa zënë me punë, për arsye se ka kundërshtuar me dhunë punëtorin e Policisë, në kohën që po futej në ambasadën hungareze.
Më datën 2.7.1889, u ndalua Ramazan Sejfulla Zifi, vjeç 36, shofer në Komunale, për arsye se ka goditur punëtorin e policisë kur ky tentoj të futej në ambasadën turke.
Më datën 2.7.1889, u ndalua Sokol Xhemal Qordezi, vjeç 29, punëtor në fabrikën e këpucëve, për arsye se ka goditur për shkak të detyrës punëtorin e policisë kur tentoj të futej në ambasadë.

Më datën 3.7.1889, u ndalua Xhevdet Sami Agolli, vjeç 33, punëtor në Kombinatin Ushqimor, Ilmi Sami Agolli, vjeç 26, punëtor, Arjan Isa Mançe, vjeç 26, shofer në Komunale, Lefter Mazllëm Ferhati, vjeç 24, punëtor në Kombinatin e Drurit, Napolon Ligor Aleksi, vjeç 27, punëtor në Komunale, për arsye se kanë marrë pjesë në organizimin për përmbysjen e pushtetit popullor dhe kanë kundërshtuar me dhunë përfaqësuesit e pushtetit.
Më datën 3.7.1990, u ndalua Ardian Stefan Konomi, vjeç 24, i pa zënë me punë, i dënuar njëherë, për aryse se ka kundërshtuar me dhunë punonjësit e policisë së Repartit 326, Avdio Sherif Lekaj, vjeç 21, punëtor në minierë, për arsye se ka marrë pjesë në organizimin kundërrevolucionar para ambasadave, Ilia Petrit Beshiri, vjeç 30, punëtor në Dekorin Funeral, i dënuar katër herë për krime të ndryshme, Shkëlqim Dalip Halili, roje në Kampin e Pionierëve, për organizim kundërrevolucionar para ambasadave.
Më datën 3.7.1990, brenda murit rrethues të ambasadës kubvaneze, është hedhur eksploziv dhe si pasojë janë thyer disa xhama të ambasadës. Për këtë u ndaluan Përparim Isak Kadria, vjeç 38, shofer në Parkun e Industri-Minierave, i dënuar një herë, Agim Isak Sadria, vjeç 35, punëtor në ndërmarrjen Artistike, Muharrem, Ramazan Thorra, vjeç 51, punëtor në Uzinën “Partizani” i dënuar tre herë.

On 6.7.1990, Përparim Isa Dodi, 29 years old, a worker, was arrested for opposing and insulting a police worker, due to duty.
On 6.7.1990, Julja Petrit Kruja, aged 29, a worker, convicted once, Pëllumb Ramadan Petriti, aged 32, convicted 12 times for various crimes, Sulejamn Neshit Dervishi, aged 29, a worker, convicted three times, and Mehdi Refik Hidri, aged 30, unemployed, convicted three times, were arrested for throwing stones at a police officer at the Chinese embassy.

On 5.7.1990, the political prisoners of Ward 318 Kosovo refused to eat dinner. They also refused to eat the guaranteed food on the 5th and 6th. The reason is a sign of solidarity with the actions that took place on 2.7.1990, at the embassies in Tirana. We request a meeting with the Minister of Justice and the President of the Supreme Court.
On 6.7.1990, in Ward 318 Kosovo, when comrade Ramiz Alia's speech at the 11th plenum of the Central Committee of the Albanian People's Liberation Army was broadcast on television, many political prisoners maintained a negative stance until the television was turned off and expressed their negative views towards the leadership of the Party and the State./ Memorie.al
