Prime Minister Edi Rama has presented the project for the construction of an excellent hospital in Tirana, in collaboration with the Italian group San Donato. Rama said that the hospital will also treat complex cases and is expected to be completed in 2028. The project was presented as a new step in Albanian-Italian relations.

Meanwhile, academic Artan Fuga has called for the self-dissolution of the Assembly, arguing that MPs must show moral and social responsibility. He criticized the way parliamentary committees function and the lack of professionalism, according to him.

DP MP Jorida Tabaku has raised accusations about the way property is treated in Albania. She claims that property and strategic investment laws have created favoritism for a limited group of beneficiaries and is calling for a parliamentary investigation into these processes.

The Supreme Court has clarified the decision on the measure of "prison arrest", deciding that this measure should be the last option. According to the court, the prosecution must argue the need for detention, while the courts must explain why alternative measures are not sufficient.
