Lawyer Spartak Ngjela spoke about SPAK's investigations into the events of January 21, focusing on the episode of the black eye of the head of the Guard at the time, Ndrea Prendit.
Ngjela suggested that Prendi may have been punched. According to him, the only person who could have done this was a high-ranking official of the time, but he did not mention any names.
"Except for a high-ranking official, no one could punch the head of the Guard at the time, Ndrea Prendit. Speaking professionally, he is armed and powerful. If I punch him, he will shoot or kill me ," he said on the "Oponencje" show on News24.
