Actor and member of the DP National Council, Julian Deda, through a short ironic note, has proposed Flamur Noka as the DP's candidate for the early elections for mayor of Tirana.
Deda also lists some of Noka's extraordinary qualities.

So far, Jorida Tabaku and Ilir Alimehmeti are the names that have emerged as potential candidates from the DP to run for mayor against Ogerta Manastirliu from the SP.
