The Democratic Party will convene its Parliamentary Group on Monday, just an hour before the start of the plenary session of the Assembly, in a meeting where a decision is expected to be made on the position that the opposition will take in the next session.
The Head of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, has announced that the meeting will take place at 11:00, at the Democratic Party headquarters, while the plenary session is scheduled to start at 12:00.
"A plenary session has been scheduled for Monday, at 12:00. We are preparing for the session in any case, so that we are ready if the parliamentary group decides to participate ," said Bardhi.
According to the Democratic Party, the decision is related to its position that the protesters' demands should be accepted. For 50 days, the protesters have continued to rally on the boulevard against the government, while in their statements they have expressed criticism not only of the majority, but also of the opposition.
This is the third consecutive session that Democratic Party deputies have decided to boycott.
