The police have reacted to the tragic accident that occurred this afternoon on the "Çermë-Divjakë" road axis, where a 38-year-old man lost his life as a result of a collision between two vehicles.
According to the blue uniforms, 38-year-old Bajram Kaçani did not survive the injuries he sustained and died during transportation to the hospital.
Meanwhile, the driver of the other vehicle, 45 years old, his wife and two minor children who were traveling with him were injured but, fortunately, are out of danger.
Police are working to fully clarify the circumstances and causes of the accident.
"Around 15:00, on the 'Çermë–Divjakë' road axis, the vehicle driven by citizen HM, 45 years old, collided with the vehicle driven by citizen BC, 38 years old. As a result of the collision, citizen BC lost his life during transportation to the hospital.
"Citizen HM, his wife, citizen EM, as well as their two minor children, who were in the vehicle, received medical assistance at the hospital and are out of danger," the police statement said.
