After the Seman River overflowed its bed, dozens of hectares of land in Belina, Zharrëz Administrative Unit, cultivated mainly with wheat, were flooded.
All production has been damaged, while residents say that such a level of flow, which led to the collapse of the river embankment, has not been seen in the area for years.
Several active oil wells belonging to the Bankers Company are also underwater, and operations have been suspended since Friday. Damage has also been reported to beehives that have been destroyed by the floods.
In the Fier region, 110 hectares of land with the presence of water are reported in the villages of Kashisht - Çerven and Ferras.
