Bad weather continues to cause problems. Minister of Defense Pirro Vëngu and head of civil emergencies Haki Çako arrived this evening in Mbrostar, Fier, to closely monitor the situation on the Seman River, which remains one of the most problematic in the country due to the rainfall situation.
Earlier, army forces withdrew from the area near the Mifoli Bridge after the water level decreased to position themselves at the most vulnerable points from the Seman River bed overflowing.
Together with the army forces, the fire services and civil emergencies of the Fier municipality will monitor the situation throughout the night as the rainfall continues to be intense.
