Albanian-American activist Evi Kokalari, through a post on social media, raises suspicions that Edi Rama is handing over the Port of Durres and Sazan to the Arabs and Jared Kushner, President Donald Trump's son-in-law.
Based on the clauses of the agreement reached in Belgrade with the same group targeting Sazan, Kokalari writes that we are not dealing with a 99-year concession, but with a transfer of ownership to the strategic investor, Kushner and the Arabs.
"Currently, my concern remains Sazani, and at this point the port of Durres. Both of these affairs are exactly the ones for which I want to see Edi Rama in prison."
If these Emirates own the country's only port plus a point as strategic as Sazani, Albania's integrity and national security are at risk by remaining in the hands of those who, with their money, will expel you as they plan to do with those in Palestine, who according to the link above, will offer you money if you leave Gaza of your own free will.
"Realistically, I ask all Albanians to wake up and understand what is happening, because realistically, we will no longer have a motherland to leave to future generations," Kokalari wrote on social media.

Sometime in July, I raised the alarm about the arrival in Tirana of the Emirati Prince Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Khaldoon Al Mubarak, CEO of the "Mubadala" fund, which is one of the royal court's investment vehicles.
I expressed it at the time that Rama was not transparent at all and was not explaining to the people what he was doing behind their backs.
Today, I came across the contract that Asher Abehsera, on behalf of Jared Kushner and what appears to be a company legally based in the Emirates, signed with the state of Serbia, regarding the towers they acquired in Belgrade.
The biggest scandal in this contract is the clause that talks about converting this concession from '99-year lease' to absolute ownership of the 'strategic investor' that is Kushner + Emiratis.
Considering that the same lawyers and partners are also involved with Sazan, I can tell you without fear that Sazan is apologizing to Jared Kushner and the President of the Emirates, along with the prince of Saudi Arabia.
With these two countries (Saudi Arabia & Emirates), Jared Kushner has made the most scandalous draft to rebuild Gaza, strengthening Israel to stop the war against Hamas. In this draft, it is clearly explained that Saudi Arabia and the Emirates, together with Jared Kushner and some other elements, in exchange for 140 billion dollars invested, will take 30-40% ownership of Gaza's land.
The same thing is being pushed in Ukraine. The peace being pushed these days comes with a draft for reconstruction formulated by Kushner and Kirill Dmitriev, the latter is the director of the Russian 'Investment Fund', so he invests on behalf of Putin and his government. Dmitriev spent a few days in Miami with Kushner & Witkoff at the end of October. In fact, the cooperation between these to rebuild Ukraine, I have heard for years from individuals who have been close to Trump and know the Ukraine/Russia area well. Now, simply everything is manifesting itself in public.
Below is the link to the draft 'reconstruction' of Gaza, and Israel itself has nothing to do with it, and many even raised their voices against this 'peace agreement', because in exchange for profit, Jared Kushner is bringing Saudi Arabia and the Emirates to the face of Israel, and Ukraine, and us in the Balkans.

Meanwhile, shame on Sali Berisha who has held the opposition hostage and not let us deal with Edi Rama but has blocked us while Rama is tearing Albania apart.
I can't explain to you how disgusted I feel for all of you who gave us your trust in 1991 and left the country at this point. All of you, without exception, are guilty!!
