Following the emergency situation created as a result of the landslide of a hill massif in the Currile area, the Prefect of Durrës District has called an extraordinary meeting of the District Civil Protection Commission.
The urgent meeting was held with the participation of representatives of the responsible institutions, with the aim of conducting a complete and coordinated assessment of the situation on the ground. During the meeting, experts and specialists in the relevant fields presented technical analyses and assessments, contributing to the identification of risks and the definition of priority measures.
According to the Durrës District Prefecture, the main focus of the meeting was to draft a detailed plan of measures and a clear action plan, based on inter-institutional cooperation. This plan aims to guarantee a rapid, coordinated and effective response to manage the situation, minimize possible consequences and protect the lives and property of citizens.
