Democratic leader Sali Berisha appeared today at SPAK in compliance with the security measure "obligation to appear", but also with the fact that the next session is being held at the GJKKO regarding the investigations into what is known as the 'Partizani' file.
Berisha said he will appear in court sessions if his lawyers advise him to, or if the judges request it.
"I have no objection to specific judges, but I have objection to a fundamental principle related to his independence," said Berisha.
The former Prime Minister has continued the accusations regarding Irena Gjoka, the GJKKO judge who assigned security measures to Berisha during the investigations conducted by SPAK, but also the head of the Special Prosecution Office, Altin Dumani.
Making a play on words with surnames as he called Altin Duman as Altin Hajri or Troplini, Berisha said that between him and Irena, with 5 surnames, the close connection in crime is proven.
"My appearance or non-appearance is determined by the lawyers. This is a session where the claims of the lawyers will be presented. We are dealing with judges who, in an anti-constitutional manner, in violation of the European Charter of Human Rights, are under the control of a delinquent named Altin Troplini. This is a fundamental problem of Albanian justice. I am ready to appear according to the advice of the lawyers," said the democratic leader.
Berisha said that instead of the Supreme Court dismissing and prosecuting Irena with 5 surnames because she lied during the vetting process, her file was transferred from Ols Çela to Ulsi Manja and the case against her was opened anonymously, which is a kind of protection given to her.

And precisely on this basis, Altin Troplini opens a criminal case, but not by name for Irena Gjoka, because if it were opened by name, Irena Gjoka could not have stayed a single day in the justice system.
She has committed a series of crimes, cheated, been expelled, and has been sentenced to prison.
She hid, she falsified, referring to the 2015 Code, the 1996 Code and what is after that, I'm not saying on a legal level, but on a moral level, after she took her husband, she went and borrowed 60 million lek from him.
"So you see who the individuals are who represent the new justice system. They are people who have no legal morality, they do not apply any criteria, no standards. I am here to denounce them and I will denounce them continuously," said Berisha.
