Doloreza Musabelliu, candidate for head of SPAK

During the question-and-answer session at the KLP, regarding the election of the new head of SPAK, prosecutor Doloreza Musabelliu, who is one of the 4 candidates in the race, described her long experience in investigating crimes and organized crime as a strong weapon in leading the Special Prosecution Office.

While speaking about the issues he has investigated at SPAK, Musabelliu also mentioned a file related to cryptocurrencies.

" I have investigated a number of cases at SPAK, among which the most prominent are premeditated murder for revenge and murder under qualifying circumstances committed within the framework of a group of criminal structures."

In two cases, cooperation agreements were signed with collaborators, and they were a weapon in unraveling the events.

"The first case that went to trial was a criminal organization and $10 million in digital cryptocurrencies were seized. We had problems because we had nowhere to store them because we lacked a digital wallet ," said Musabelliu.
