Activist Luçiana Kokaj took the floor at the 46th protest of the civic revolt, held in front of the Prime Minister's Office building. She declared that the civic movement has achieved concrete results and that the protests will continue until the government leaves.
In her speech, Kokaj stated that the protesters will not retreat until their objectives are achieved.
"Today is the 46th day, so much has been done that we have forgotten the number, it will be as much as is necessary for our victory. Until the resignation of this government that has taken Albania hostage, we will not remain silent. Rama in prison, Berisha in prison," said the activist.
Kokaj also said that the protest has the support of Albanians wherever they are and thanked singer Dua Lipa for her stance, inviting her to join the protest.
"We have seen every day that we are not alone. The sons of Albania in every corner of the world are with us. I want to thank one of our daughters who has openly expressed her support for the flamingo revolution, thank you Dua Lipa and we are waiting for you in the square to be part of the protest," the citizen declared.
During her speech, Kokaj claimed that the protest has also brought results in relation to European institutions.
"The protest has achieved many goals, Marta Kos was forced to force the government to accept some of our demands, a great victory for us. Don't be afraid when they say you are few. We have come this far and every day we will come out stronger. The cancellation of the law will be the first victory, but the war ends when these are exhausted," she concluded.
