Klodjan Braho, a prosecutor for 18 years, was voted in the presence of diplomatic missions as the new chief prosecutor of SPAK, for whom they had been signaling since September that he was their favorite.
Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha revealed in "Top Story" that the other candidates were convinced that Braho would be elected.
