The police have provided details regarding the scandal that occurred within about 2 months at the Security Academy, where dozens of students were poisoned again by catering food from "Sori-AL",

According to the official announcement, a total of 60 students of the Professional College of Police Training have received medical assistance at the Infectious Diseases Department of the "Mother Teresa" University Hospital Center, after showing symptoms such as fever and diarrhea.

Of these, 31 trainees were admitted to the hospital during the hours of yesterday evening and the early hours of this morning. After receiving the necessary medical treatment, they returned to the Security Academy in a stabilized condition.

Meanwhile, this morning, 29 other students presented at the Academy's health center with similar symptoms and were transported to the Infectious Diseases Department of the University Hospital for medical treatment.

Immediately after the event, a special investigative group was established, which, in cooperation with the Police Supervision Agency (AMP) and under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is carrying out investigative actions to fully document the circumstances of the case and determine responsibilities.

In parallel, the National Food Authority (AKU) has taken samples from the consumed foods, which will undergo laboratory analysis to determine whether they are the cause of the situation. In addition, all trainees have undergone medical tests, while the results are awaited that will help identify the cause of the suspected poisoning.

The investigation team continues to work to fully uncover the incident and clarify all the circumstances of this case.

"In the hours of yesterday evening and in the early hours of this morning, 31 students of the Professional College of Police Training at the Security Academy were sent for medical assistance to the Infectious Diseases Department of the QSUT, with symptoms such as fever and diarrhea. They received the necessary medical assistance and returned to the Security Academy in good health.

Meanwhile, this morning, 29 other students from the Professional College of Police Training presented themselves at the Security Academy health center, who were sent for medical assistance to the Infectious Diseases Department of the QSUT.
