The civic protest in the capital continues today, entering its 31st consecutive day. Activists and citizens have begun gathering at "Skënderbej" Square, where the gathering point has been designated.
As in previous protests, the rally began at 7:00 p.m. After gathering, participants are expected to march towards the Prime Minister's Office building, where they will deliver keynote speeches.
During the protest, citizens will present their demands, while at the end of the rally, a march is planned on some of the main streets of Tirana.
The organizers have announced that the protests will continue in the coming days, insisting on their demands.
During the protest, a citizen held a banner with the inscription "I am a Swedish agent." Speaking to the media, she stated that the reason she came out to protest was related to the protection of nature and her father's low pension.
"Nature in Sweden is very well preserved. I'm protesting for my father's pension, which is 100 euros," said the protester.
She also stated that politics should be at the service of citizens and support the most needy.
"Being a politician means being a servant of the people and you must respond to vulnerable groups," said the citizen.
