Dallëndyshe Bici, former director of IKMT, appeared today at SPAK.
It is suspected that she was summoned with the status of a person with knowledge, while the matter for which she is being questioned by BKH agents is related to the AKSHI file.
Despite the fact that Bici's name does not appear in this file, for which the GJKKO imposed several security measures for the former leaders of the AKSHI, she has been summoned as a person who may have knowledge of the circumstances for which the Special Prosecution has launched investigations.
Bici has held important positions in Edi Rama's administration. At various times, she held the position of head of the Cadastre and then the IKMT, from where she was dismissed in January 2026, after 18 months in this position.
There have been no complaints against Dallëndyshe Bicit at SPAK, at least officially, regarding the functions he has held, so the suspicions are that he was summoned as a person who may have knowledge regarding the Special Prosecution's investigations.
