Journalist Klodiana Lala, commenting on the US Embassy in Tirana's warning to American citizens regarding the potential risk of Iranian attacks, stated that Albania is not at risk.
She assessed that Albania does not pose a potential danger to citizens, but emphasized that the mujahedin groups in the Manza camp may be exposed to specific threats.
"I have had communications with the State Police. There is an alarm that has been given for several countries. Even for us since we shelter three thousand mujahideen in Camp Ashraf. I see it as not a potential danger, but I think that the mujahideen in Camp Ashraf may be at risk through infiltration or terrorist elements. We have had some checks for certain individuals who were attempting to carry out attacks, but I do not see any other danger. Meanwhile, the second part of the danger comes through cyber attacks.
From the Manza camp, the mujahideen are targeting Iran's networks and systems. Iranian hackers, but I think some of them are also carried out within the country, but they have targeted government systems. There have been increased measures near the US and Israeli embassies. Increased measures and controls at border points. There has been a police presence in populated areas. These are the measures that the government has taken. The highest probability of attacking members of the camp is through the infiltration of certain elements and anti-terror has exponents that it has been monitoring, not only today but for a long time ," Lala said for the show "The Unexposed".
