Albania U-17 has recorded another positive result, winning the second friendly match against Latvia with a score of 2-0. The match took place at the “House of Football”, where the team led by coach Armand Dama showed control and efficiency in the second half.
The coach started the match with this formation: Simon Lleshi in goal, while in defense and midfield he activated Jonas Nushi, Sebastian Amataj, Dennis Ettore Pierro, Kostantinis Varesi, Mattias Allasufi, Armend Muslika (captain), Francesko Matjani, Delis Gjeci, Elson Himallari and Dion Vata.
In the first half, the Rossoneri dominated the game and created several good scoring opportunities, but failed to convert their efforts. The game was characterized by territorial control and good organization of the Albanian team.
The advantage came at the start of the second half. In the 48th minute, Francesko Matjani successfully completed a well-constructed move, giving Albania the lead.
The Albanian team continued to maintain the rhythm and control of the game, while in the 84th minute it was Francesko Kiço who doubled the score, sealing the 2-0 victory.
This friendly match served as an important test for Albania U-17 and the technical staff, as part of preparations for upcoming international activities.
