Giacomo Vrioni ends this year with Montreal. The club has decided not to activate the option, which would have renewed the contract until the end of 2026. This decision has now been confirmed and Vrioni must find a new club.
Montreal's decision to release the Albanian forward was somewhat expected. Vrioni has been plagued by injuries in MLS that have kept him out for long periods of time.
