The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Albanian Football Association (AFSH) has taken a series of harsh decisions following the events that took place during the last week in the national and youth championships. Violent behavior by fans, unsportsmanlike acts by players, and organizational violations led to heavy fines, suspensions, and loss of matches on the table.
All decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1-AF Elbasani, for improper behavior of spectators, causing acts of violence and causing a lack of order and discipline, based on articles 17/2/b, 17/2/f and 17/2/h of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lek.
AF Elbasani is ordered to compensate for the damages caused to the "Flamurtari" Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
2-Flamurtari FC, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field and repeatedly lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/2/b, 17/2/c and 33 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lek.
3-The official of KS Korabi, Ardit Beqiri, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
4-The official of KS Besa, Romeo Bishdili, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.
5-KF Lushnja official, Ditmar Bicaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
6-KF Delvina player, Joni Xhaferaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.
7-FK Tomori player, Ervis Caco, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.
8-KF Turbina player, Qerim Cuni, for attacking players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 5 (five) matches suspension from activities.
9-KF Bylis U-19 player, Okon Gift Enefiok, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
10-KF Vllaznia U-19 player, Salir Cani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
11-KF Tirana U-17 player, Glentjan Isufi, for attacking players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 5 (five) matches suspension from activities.
12-Lojtari i KF Vllaznia U-17, Arjon Bega, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
13-Lojtari i KF Vllaznia U-17, Bjon Hebovija, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
14-Lojtari i KF Skënderbeu U-18, Sajmir Kocibelli, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
15-Lojtari i Akademia e Futbollit U-18, Fabio Sulku, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
16-Lojtari i FK Apolonia U-17, Oresti Banaj, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
17-Zyrtari i Tirana 19 Akademi U-16, Blendi Hushi, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
18-Lojtari i FC Kinostudio U-15, Rajan Duçellari, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
19-AP Dinamo A, U-11, për aktivizimin e një lojtari që nuk kishte të drejtë të luante në ndeshjen e vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë U-11, Zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër Pasioni U-11, në bazë të neneve 19/2 dhe 19/4/a të KDE, humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0.
20-Zyrtari i AP Dinamo A, U-11, Julian Gerxho,për aktivizimin e një lojtari që nuk kishte të drejtë të luante, në bazë të nenit 19/4/b të KDE, dënohet me 6 (gjashtë) muaj pezullim nga aktiviteti.
21-AFK Kashari U-13, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-13, Zona Rajonale Tiranë, kunder Tirana Youn Stars U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
22-Kamza Junior B, U-13, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-13, Zona Rajonale Tiranë, kunder F.B.A B U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
23-Kamza 07, U-14, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-14, Zona Rajonale Tiranë, kunder KF Vora U-14, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
24-TR 19 Academy U-17, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-17 Championship, Tirana Regional Zone, against Shkendija Tirana U-17, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/b of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.
25-Acceptance of the request of Don Bosco Academy, based on Articles 67 and 74 of the KDE, the review of decision No. 10 dated 31.10.2025 of the KDE, point 50, deciding to leave the result 0-3 in force.
26-Acceptance of the request of the FC Pepa U-15 player, Luis Bicja, to suspend the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.
27-Rejection of the remaining part of KF Gramshi's request, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
