Through a video published on the social network Instagram, she said that "Jozi is gay" and that his partner has declared that he is in a relationship with her.

Many expressed disbelief at what Desara said, so the journalist published photos of Jozi with the person in question, as well as messages he exchanged with him. The latter, in his communications, insists that he is married with children and even asks him to remove the photos that the journalist published, saying that Jozi is a family friend.
Following the allegations, a reaction came from Jozi's family, who denied what the journalist said.
