Charlotte Lazzari had a very scary moment this weekend. The 32-year-old yoga teacher, who is also the wife of dancer and choreographer Kledi Kadiu, experienced a sudden illness that forced her to seek emergency help last Saturday.
She shared an emotional story with her followers on Instagram, where she appears lying in a hospital bed with a serum in her hand. In this post, Charlotte shared her emotions and experience, showing that her body warned her about fatigue, but she did not take this signal seriously.
"My body scared me, but maybe it's right, because it was just telling me it needed rest," Charlotte wrote, noting that she had ignored the signs of fatigue and accumulated stress. She added that this incident reminded her of the importance of listening to her body and that she is now feeling better.
After several days of hospital treatment, Charlotte recovered and was able to return home, just in time to celebrate the birthday of her daughter Lea, who turned 9.
