He also attacked the European leaders, who are in Tirana for the summit, whom he said are sitting at the table with an autocrat.
"European leaders must understand that they are sitting with an autocrat. His name is Edi Rama, an autocrat certified by the OSCE/ODIHR, who said that the administration has also managed the result of the ballot box, not just the campaign."
